Highlights

• AnyPay redesign. Paying a scanned QR code, pasted address, or payment link now walks you through picking the right network: Cake Wallet detects when a recipient address exists on more than one chain, lets you choose the recipient's network, and offers to switch to a matching wallet or swap your current funds to cover the payment.

• The Zcash Ironwood migration is now visible in the app. A new "Zcash Network Upgrade" notice explains the migration the first time your wallet starts one, and your balance reads migrating to Ironwood instead of Confirming while it runs. See the Ironwood migration guide for the details.

• First round of screen-reader accessibility improvements. With VoiceOver or TalkBack enabled, the swipe-to-confirm control now appears as a regular labeled button — making sending, bridging, and WalletConnect approvals usable with a screen reader — and buttons, input fields, pickers, and the dashboard now announce proper names, values, and states.

• Support for the Zcash IronWood network upgrade, keeping Zcash wallets compatible with the current network.

• Monero wallets via Trezor now have full passphrase support.

• Native Bitcoin for Trezor. Pair your Trezor and sign Bitcoin transactions right in the app over USB or Bluetooth — your keys never leave the device. See Hardware wallet.

• Send Solana NFTs. Your Solana NFTs show up in the app's NFTs tab and can now be sent; imported NFTs stay saved, and each NFT shows at a glance whether your wallet still holds it. See Solana.

Improvements & fixes

v6.4.4 — September 4, 2026

• Native Bitcoin for Trezor. Bitcoin on Trezor now signs natively inside Cake Wallet: pair your device over USB or Bluetooth, enter your PIN if asked, and sign sends right in the app — no Trezor suite, bridge, or separate app needed. Monero on Trezor is unchanged.

• Solana and NFTs improvements. Send your Solana NFTs from the NFTs tab, keep imported NFTs saved across app restarts, and see at a glance which NFTs your wallet still holds (View only marks the ones it no longer holds). When the recipient has never held that NFT's token, the send screen shows the small extra amount of SOL needed to create their token account.

• Swaps.xyz disabled. Swaps.xyz is turned off as a swap provider and no longer appears in the provider picker. Past and in-flight Swaps.xyz swaps stay in your History with their Trade ID — contact Cake Wallet support for any issue with one.

• Monero sync improvements. Sync progress keeps updating while your wallet warms up, so it no longer looks frozen right after opening the wallet.

• A custom node entered under Advanced Settings while creating/restoring a wallet is now connected to right away, instead of starting on the built-in nodes.

• Fixed the contact list going out of sync with your wallets' saved addresses.

• Cake Pay: a stale sign-in session is cleared properly, so Cake Pay asks you to sign in again instead of failing in the background.

• Bitcoin: PSBT handling improved for hardware-wallet sends (change-output derivation info reaches the signing device), and PSBT v0 fallback locktime is parsed correctly.

v6.4.3 — August 29, 2026

• Zano hard-fork compatibility. Zano wallets are updated for the Zano network's hard fork and keep working with the upgraded network — no action needed on your side.

• Zano now uses standard BIP39 seeds. Newly created Zano wallets get a 12- or 24-word BIP39 seed like your other currencies, can join a wallet group to share one seed across wallets, and support an optional seed passphrase. Restoring accepts a BIP39 seed or the original 26-word native Zano seed, and Zano restores can now use a restore height or date. Existing Zano wallets are unchanged.

v6.4.2 — August 27, 2026

• Decred now uses standard BIP39 seeds. Newly created Decred wallets get a 12- or 24-word BIP39 seed like your other currencies, can join a wallet group to share one seed across wallets, and support an optional seed passphrase. Restoring accepts a BIP39 seed or the original 15-word native Decred seed. Existing Decred wallets are unchanged.

• Bitcoin sends pick their inputs more privately: Cake Wallet now prefers an exact-match coin set that produces no change output at all, and when some selection freedom exists, chooses coins at random instead of a predictable order.

• Bitcoin transactions set their locktime to the current chain tip (anti-fee-sniping protection), so a miner can't confirm a stale version of your spend in a block from just before it.

• WalletConnect sessions now stay with the wallet that approved them: switching wallets inside Cake Wallet no longer hands a connected dApp session to the new wallet.

• Watch-only Bitcoin wallets no longer show options that cannot work without a private key — Payjoin, Lightning, and Sign & verify are hidden — and Litecoin hardware wallets no longer show the MWEB toggle.

• AnyPay detection and routing reworked under the hood for more reliable multi-network payments.

• Solana: Jupiter swap transactions no longer appear as duplicates or get stuck as pending, token amounts with certain decimal settings parse correctly, and transaction signatures and token mints are now verified.

• Restoring an EVM wallet (Ethereum, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum, BNB Smart Chain) from a mistyped seed now stops with an error instead of creating a wallet you didn't ask for.

• Bitcoin fee estimates coming from Electrum servers are sanitized, so a bad server response can no longer produce an absurd fee.

• You can now send Bitcoin when your wallet's node is reachable on your LAN only, even without internet access.

• The selected transaction speed is now remembered correctly per wallet: Zcash no longer shares Decred's setting, and Dogecoin's choice persists.

• Fixed amounts rendering in scientific notation (like 1.0E-5) and trailing zeros cluttering displayed amounts.

• Fixed scrolling inside the transaction-history sheet.

• iOS: the keyboard now dismisses after restoring a wallet from a backup file.

• Zcash and hardware-wallet connection stability fixes (concurrent Zcash actions, Bluetooth state on the connection screen).

• Further screen-reader improvements: images now announce properly, icon-only buttons are labeled, and addresses are fully read out.

• Light theme fixes: card customizer icons and unchecked checkboxes are now visible.

• Updated German translations.

v6.4.1 — August 2026

• Zcash: transaction history now shows the real recipient address on outgoing transactions, and no longer shows a bogus one on incoming transactions.

• Zcash: unspendable dust is no longer counted in your Confirming balance.

• Zcash: the address-rotation notice no longer appears on address types that are static, such as Public (Static & Transparent).

• Zcash: fixed the receive address given to swap providers so swaps into ZEC arrive correctly, rescan is more reliable and reports failures instead of stalling silently, and restoring from keys now respects the restore height you enter.

• Zcash: fixed transaction sorting and the fee shown on outgoing transactions.

• Added TBB (The Bitcoin Bull) to the Solana token list — enable it from your Solana wallet's token list.

• Solana tokens verified on Jupiter are now marked as verified and no longer trigger the unrecognized-token warnings.

• Bitcoin wallets now show their master fingerprint under Settings → Wallet settings → Seed & Keys → Keys.

• Restoring from seed now stops with an error if the two passphrase fields don't match, instead of quietly restoring a different wallet.

• Long passphrases now wrap on the Seed & Keys screen instead of being cut off.

• Trezor: fixed an occasional firmware error, and devices now reconnect automatically — including when you back out partway through a flow.

• ENS names that use a custom resolver now resolve correctly.

• Fixed home-screen quick actions when the app wasn't already running.

• The in-app changelog's View more info button now opens these release notes.

• Updated German translations.

v6.4.0 — July 27, 2026

• Fixed an error that could stop a ChangeNow swap from being created.

• Exolix is temporarily disabled as a swap provider.

• Fixed address lookup for Bitcoin.

• The Yat and Zcash.me toggles under Settings → Connection and sync → Domain lookups now take effect.

• Corrected in-app support links: SwapTrade issues now open the SwapTrade help center, and the Telegram entry label matches where it sends you.

• Updated the in-app text describing where to find your seed and keys (Settings → Wallet settings → Seed & Keys).

• Zcash backend update and other stability fixes.

• Hardware wallet and Bitcoin Cash sends now shuffle the change output properly instead of always placing it last, removing an on-chain fingerprint that could identify Cake Wallet transactions.
